Mr Swearingen is the founder and former owner of Rock Solid Home Inspections. During the seven years owning Rock Solid Home Inspections, Mr Swearingen was the Certified Master Inspector overseeing construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay Area and overseeing all of Rock Solid's Home Inspectors and projects. Including being the official inspection company for the cities of Tampa and Clearwater Florida.
This experience along with his years of construction background makes him a perfect fit as our Head of Tampa Development for the Tampa Bay Area.
